- I have been married to Cherri Marshall Hayes for 20 yrs. We have three kids. Tamara who is 19. She is attending WV Northern and works at Subway Express in Pine Grove. Tiffany who is 14 and is a freshman at Valley High School this year, and Marshall will be 2 in October. He was a Strike Baby (HaHa) I haved worked for Ormet for 10yrs and have been a Maintenance/Welder for 9yrs.
